Terms and Conditions of Sale for Atelier Grand Soleil
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of Atelier Grand Soleil and its customers in connection with the sale of ceramic creations.
2. Products
The products offered are handcrafted ceramic pieces. As each piece is unique, slight variations in color and shape may exist compared to the photos presented on the website or in the store.
3. Price
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Atelier Grand Soleil reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in force at the time of the order.
4. Orders
Orders can be placed via our website, by email or directly in store. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
5. Payment
Payment is made in full at the time of order, by credit card, bank transfer or cash in store. No shipment will be made before full payment is received.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Atelier Grand Soleil cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are specified at the time of the order.
7. Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returns must be made in their original condition, at the customer's expense. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Warranty
Our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. Normal wear and tear, improper use or inadequate maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
9. Liability
Atelier Grand Soleil cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.
10. Personal Data
Personal information collected during the order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and is used only for order management and customer relations.
11. Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of Atelier Grand Soleil.
