Terms and conditions of Atelier Grand Soleil
1. Purpose
These general conditions of sale (GCS) define the rights and obligations of Atelier Grand Soleil Soleil and its customers in the context of the sale of ceramic creations.
2. Products
The products offered are handcrafted ceramic pieces. As each piece is unique, there may be slight variations in color and shape from the photos shown on the site or in the store.
3. Awards
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. L'Atelier Grand Soleil Soleil reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in force at the time of the order.
4. Controls
Orders can be placed via our website, by e-mail or directly in the store. All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, by credit card, bank transfer or cash in store. No shipment will be made until full payment has been received.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are given for information only. Atelier Grand Soleil Soleil cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. Delivery charges are at the customer's expense and are specified when the order is placed.
7. Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal. Returns must be made in their original condition, at the customer's expense. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Warranty
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, misuse or inadequate maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
9. Liability
Atelier Grand Soleil Soleil cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the use of its products.
10. Personal data
Personal information collected during the order process is treated in accordance with our privacy policy and is used solely for order management and customer relations.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of Atelier Grand Soleil Soleil's registered office.
