We will inform you by e-mail when your pieces are ready, approximately one month after the workshop. Please note that we cannot keep your creations for more than 2 months.

Classes cannot be exchanged or made up, except for students on trimester courses, who can make up a session during free workshop hours or in another weekly class.

Cancellations or postponements are possible up to 10 days before the scheduled date. After this date, no changes will be accepted. A credit note valid for 6 months will be issued in the event of cancellation.

Yes, gift cards are available online. They are valid for one year on all products and services offered by the workshop.

Absolutely! The gift card is flexible. You can book another course if the one initially offered doesn't suit your needs. It can be used in instalments, or topped up if the card amount is less than the chosen course.

Using your gift card is easy: simply enter the code printed on the card when validating your basket, after selecting the desired course or product. The corresponding amount will be automatically deducted.

We offer packages of 20h, 40h or 64h per month.

Everything is included except the soil, which can be purchased on site.

The residence requires a certain degree of autonomy. We recommend you take a few courses to familiarize yourself with the processes before getting started.

Yes, unused hours are carried over to the following month.
