L’Atelier Grand Soleil undertakes to collect only personal data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. No data considered "sensitive," such as racial or ethnic origin, political, philosophical, or religious opinions, shall be requested or collected.

Collected data includes: surname, first name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender.

The collected data is used to:

Provide L’Atelier Grand Soleil’s services, manage customer relationships, conduct statistical analyses and market research, and personalize services.

Article 6 – Media

Images uploaded to the site must not contain EXIF location data.

Article 7 – Comments

Comments left on the site are retained indefinitely, with IP address and user agent collected for security purposes.

Article 8 – Cookies

Cookies may be used to record login and browsing preferences, with a maximum retention period of one year.

Article 9 – Embedded content
