Gabriel de HUMŌ and Arnold d’Alger at Grand Soleil

On October 30 and 31 at 8:30 pm, Arnold d’Alger welcomes Gabriel, the creator of HUMŌ in Menorca, for a unique encounter between gastronomy, art and nature beneath the glass roof of Atelier Grand Soleil.

For two evenings only, ahead of his four-hands dinner at La Chassagnette* in Arles, Gabriel of HUMŌ invites us into the woodland of his Menorcan farm. Atelier Grand Soleil is transformed into an immersive painted landscape, where two grand banquet tables take centre stage within a setting specially conceived for this encounter.

The menu celebrates an instinctive, generous cuisine deeply rooted in Menorca’s landscape and traditions. Smoky notes bring seasonal ingredients to life, grilled vegetables mingle with autumn fruits, while the island’s traditional recipes are reinvented through unexpected combinations.

From Menorcan-style pâté en croûte to mushrooms draped in smoked hollandaise, from grilled endives with grapes and almonds to an apple tarte Tatin with cuixot, each creation reveals a different facet of this distinctive culinary world.

Conceived by Arnold d'Algerand Gabriel, this experience celebrates the meeting of gastronomy and the art of the table, a love of the natural world, and the pleasure of gathering around a shared feast.

A forest as the setting. Menorca as the inspiration. The table as a place to come together.

€120 per person, including dinner, a Dry Martini and a glass of wine.

Two exceptional evenings at Atelier Grand Soleil. Reservations required.
